While a Diesel collection just wouldn’t be complete without denim and urban cool aesthetic, the brand consistently brings a few twists every season. Diesel’s three spring/summer 2013 lines are no exception. With bright colours, floral prints and a bit of edge, the brand is foraying into spring with utilitarian ease.

The Diesel spring/summer 2013 womenswear collection features soft and feminine pastels that take the military look to a new level of elegance. With soft prints and delicately sheer garments in grey, yellow and shades of plum, the collection manages to look pretty, relaxed and youthful.

The menswear line is filled with pieces that revisit Diesel’s classic relaxed washed denim and purposeful clash of tough and dressy aesthetics. Much of the collection features a summery twist with Hawaiian-printed blazers, modern camouflage and beach-friendly board shorts and T-shirts.

The last collection, called Diesel Black Gold spring/summer 2013, showcases a range of sophisticated and edgy looks that play up the line’s sharp tailoring. With black-and-white pairings, python skin detailing and sheer accents, the collection features plenty of urban chic standouts.
